In episode 543 of Soul Elevation, I discuss how we are living in an exceptionally chaotic time on this planet. As global events unfold, many people are feeling overwhelmed, powerless, or uncertain about the future. When our reality and its systems feel unstable and collective fear rises, it can seem more and more that your individual actions do not matter. It's important to realize that from a consciousness perspective, the opposite is true.

Your consciousness is not isolated and separate. Rather, it is part of a shared field of awareness known as collective consciousness. Whether you realize it or not, you are influencing that field at all times, just as it is influencing you. Understanding this relationship changes everything.

Collective consciousness can be understood as a shared mental and energetic field that all of humanity participates in. Every thought, emotional state, belief, and intention contributes to this field. You are not separate from it, and you are not powerless within it.

An analogy that often helps is thinking of yourself as one part of a much larger body. In your own individual body, a single fingernail is not your whole body, but it is connected to your entire system. When that one little part is injured or strengthened, the whole body is affected. In the same way, your individual consciousness is a part of the greater human consciousness. If your energy is weak, you are susceptible and vulnerable to the lesser influences within that collective "body." If you are energetically strong, you can strengthen and improve the collective "body."

You are influenced by the collective, but you also influence the collective.

Why the Collective Feels So Chaotic Right Now

The collective consciousness is highly charged at the time of this recording - and has been for a while. Fear, uncertainty, anger, and control dynamics are amplified when large numbers of people are focused on survival or threat. Sensitive and awakened individuals often feel this more intensely because they are more attuned to subtle energetic shifts.

When you are not anchored in your own sovereignty and divinity, the collective field can feel overwhelming. This is where people may experience anxiety, confusion, energetic fatigue, or a sense of being destabilized, even if they cannot point to one "thing" in their individual lives that can account for them feeling that way. The antidote to these negative affects of being part of the collective is to embody more of the divinity that you are.

Embodying your divinity means remembering who you truly are beyond roles, labels, or identities. Rather than attaching yourself to a story or origin, you recognize yourself as an aspect of divine consciousness itself. When you remember this, something shifts. You are no longer at the mercy of the collective field - you begin influencing it. The more fully you embody your higher self, the more stable and coherent your energy becomes. That coherence naturally ripples outward into collective consciousness.

I believe that you do not need a complicated technique to influence collective consciousness. Intention is the key. Through meditation or quiet presence, you can expand your awareness beyond your personal thoughts and connect with the shared human field. From there, simply intend to embody your divinity more fully. Allow that frequency to stabilize your own nervous system and consciousness first. Then intend that this coherence spreads. You may visualize it, sense it, or simply know it. There is no right or wrong method. Trust your inner guidance and allow the process to be fluid rather than rigid.

Why Embodiment Matters More Than Effort

Many people believe they must fix the world through action alone. While inspired action has its place, our physical reality starts energetically. When you embody divine awareness, you naturally contribute clarity, stability, and higher frequency to the collective without force or struggle. The stronger your embodiment, the greater your influence. This is why awakened individuals who can stabilize from within are needed now more than ever.

As consciousness expands, experiences can arise that feel unfamiliar or difficult to interpret. Rather than reacting with fear or needing immediate answers, grounding yourself in your divine identity brings discernment and calm. Trust that your awareness is capable of navigating complexity. Trust that embodiment creates protection, clarity, and alignment. Most importantly, trust that your presence matters.

If you are exploring these concepts, guided practices can be helpful. My free Unity consciousness and New Earth focused meditations are especially supportive for working with collective fields. They assist in expanding awareness while remaining grounded in the body and nervous system. Find them under my Free Resources.  Use them as invitations rather than rules. Let your own intuition lead.

In chaotic times, it is easy to believe that what is happening in the collective is happening to you. In truth, you are part of what is happening. Every moment you choose embodiment instead of fear, you contribute to humanity’s awakening. This is the way.
