I talk to a lot of people who currently or for a portion of their lives have felt like they don't belong here. They wondered why the world seems so strange, societal systems don't make sense, or they've always felt different from their friends, family, and colleagues. If you can deeply relate to this, you are going to get a lot from episode 600 of Soul Elevation, I talk with energy practitioner and intuitive healer Hayley Enright to explore a topic that many spiritually curious people have contemplated: the origins of the soul and the different types of souls currently incarnated on Earth.

Drawing from thousands of client sessions and more than 16,000 treatments throughout her career, Hayley shares the four primary soul types she frequently encounters. Understanding these soul archetypes can provide profound insight into your personality, challenges, gifts, and sense of purpose.

Hayley is an acupuncturist, intuitive energy practitioner, and founder of multiple wellness studios across three countries. Through her work, she helps people reconnect with their authentic nature and better understand the unique energetic blueprint they brought into this lifetime.

Her work transitioned during COVID into a deeply intuitive modality that allows her to perceive patterns within a person's energetic field, helping clients uncover hidden aspects of themselves and gain clarity about their life's journey.

The Four Soul Types

Let's get into the meat of this episode! Hayley shared that there are four primary soul categories she encounters in her work: earth souls, interplanetaries, angelic, and light souls. Each has distinct qualities, strengths, challenges, and ways of interacting with the world.

Hayley says that Earth Souls make up the vast majority of the population. While all souls originate from somewhere beyond Earth, Earth Souls have spent the most time incarnating here. Thus they possess something many other soul types long for: a deep sense of belonging. They tend to feel naturally comfortable on Earth, have strong attachments to place, home, and community, value stability and continuity, excel in roles involving protection and stewardship, and feel called to preserve what they love.

They often gravitate toward careers involving service and protection, such as law enforcement, conservation, military service, legal professions, or community leadership. Their connection to place gives them tremendous strength, but it can also make them vulnerable to fear-based narratives involving territorial threats, safety concerns, or protecting their communities.

For many listeners of Soul Elevation, the category of interplanetary souls may feel especially familiar. This was the type of soul Hayley identified for me in our personal session before we created this episode.

Interplanetary Souls often experience life with an underlying feeling of, "This place doesn't quite make sense." They tend to feel different from an early age, question social norms and systems, experience childhood isolation, possess highly creative minds, see possibilities that seem obvious to them but not others, and often identify as neurodivergent.

Many Interplanetary Souls arrive from more advanced societies where cooperation, organization, and harmony are more developed. As a result, they often become frustrated with Earth's inefficiencies and conflicts. Yet these souls play a vital role. They frequently bring innovative ideas, new ways of thinking, and creative solutions that help humanity evolve beyond outdated systems.

Angelic Souls carry an unmistakable energy. They're often the people who naturally make others feel safe, accepted, and loved. They have a profound connection to divine love and compassion, and their presence alone can feel healing. However, Angelic Souls often face unique challenges when exposed to trauma, especially during childhood.

When Angelic Souls experience abuse or profound emotional wounds, they may become disconnected from their natural frequency of love. This can lead to deep emotional suffering, feelings of not wanting to be here, loss of connection to purpose, or difficulty trusting others Their healing journey often involves reclaiming self-love and learning forgiveness to free themselves from carrying its energetic burden.

The second angelic expression is the Savior Angelic. These individuals combine compassion with strength. They are often leaders, teachers, mentors, managers, or community builders Unlike stereotypical notions of kindness that avoid conflict, Savior Angelics can make difficult decisions when necessary because they are guided by what serves the greater good. They embody both love and wisdom.

Light Souls share some similarities with Angelic Souls but with a distinct energetic signature. Because they originate from realms characterized by pure energy and information, they often arrive highly sensitive to their environment. Many Light Souls are empaths, Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), intuitives, energy workers, and creatives.

They often encounter common challenges of sensory overwhelm, migraines, autoimmune conditions, fatigue from overstimulation, and difficulty maintaining boundaries. Yet beneath these challenges lies an extraordinary reservoir of vitality and potential. Once they learn energetic boundaries and self-regulation, they often discover an immense capacity to help, inspire, and uplift others.

What About NPCs?

The idea of of NPCs, or "Non-Player Characters," has become popular in certain spiritual and metaphysical circles and suggests that some individuals may not possess souls in the same way others do.

Hayley shared that in her thousands of sessions, she has never encountered someone she believed lacked a soul. While she has worked with beings whose energetic makeup felt profoundly different from typical human experiences, she still observed universal traits such as the desire for love, joy, beauty, and connection.

We also talked about a central theme found in many spiritual traditions, such as the Ra material (Law of One): the spectrum between service to self and service to others.

Hayley shared that not everyone incarnates primarily to serve humanity. Some souls come simply to experience life itself. From her perspective, this isn't necessarily selfish. It's part of soul growth. Whether a soul is focused on learning, creating, exploring, serving, or healing, every path contributes to the larger evolution of consciousness.

Are We Entering a New Era of Human Consciousness?

As we discussed the future and the prospect of a massive shift within humanity, Hayley shared her belief that neurodivergence may represent an important aspect of human evolution. She views differences in perception, processing, and cognition as deficits as valuable adaptations that can help humanity create healthier, more harmonious systems. While no one can predict exactly what the future holds, both of us share the sense that humanity is moving toward greater heart-centered awareness, connection, and authenticity.

Let this conversation serve as your reminder that being different isn't a problem to solve! Rather, it's a clue to who you truly are.

Whether you are an Earth Soul, Interplanetary, Angelic, or Light Soul, understanding your unique energetic makeup can help you embrace your strengths, navigate your challenges, and step more fully into your purpose.

The objective is to fully embrace who you are with love and authenticity.

Thank you for being part of the Soul Elevation community. Together, we're exploring the deeper truths of who we are and why we're here. ✨
